For long years, coconut oil had a negative image. However, recent research found it to be one of the most versatile oils in the world. Coconut palms grow in popular warm climates like Indonesia, the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Brazil, Thailand, and Hawaii.

Since ancient times, cultures around the world have understood the benefits of coconut oil. They use it for cooking, bathing, eating, and more. They derive coconut oil from naturally grown coconuts. Hair care application:

conditioner. Using a quarter-sized amount, work through hair from scalp to roots. If you have thinning hair, you probably don't want to use it at the roots. You can leave it overnight. Wear a shower cap while you sleep. Or just put a towel on your pillow to keep the oil away. Wash off with shampoo in the morning.

Curled ends or dry ends. Simply massage a small amount into the ends of your hair.

Dry scalp. Massage into the scalp and leave overnight.

Use as you would any other moisturizer. This includes Body Moisturizer and Hand Lotion. This makes them appear to provide the moisture your skin needs. However, your skin will feel dry again once the water dries up.

This facial cleanser is great for removing bacteria, viruses, and fungi. It also has anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties. Anyone interested in using this product as a cleanser should keep this in mind. Honey encourages the growth of collagen, which firms and reduces wrinkles. To use it, gently massage a thin layer into your face for 30 seconds. 

After, apply a warm wet cotton washcloth to your face. After 15 to 30 seconds, blot the oil from your face with a clean washcloth to absorb the moisture into your skin.
