    1-Healthy Cookie for Breakfast:

Breakfast cookies are the ideal morning treat to munch on the run. They may be microwaved for 8–10 seconds while being packed with protein, fiber, and good fats thanks to ingredients like flax, oats, almonds, seeds, and even quinoa.

2-Brownies with jam and peanut butter in the microwave:

Brownies with jam and peanut butter in the microwave:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and peanut butter, and melt on High for 30 seconds. After removing it from the microwave, mix everything well. Allow it to cool a little before adding the egg and combining. A second circular microwaveable dish (approximately 15 cm wide) should be butter-greased and lined with cling film. Add the cocoa powder, flour, and sugar after pouring the peanut butter mixture into the prepared dish. Form a thick, sticky dough by gradually combining. With the back of a big spoon, level the mixture's surface.
  • Create crater-shaped holes in the brownie mixture's top using a teaspoon, and then liberally stuff each one with jam (which will melt and boil down when baked). Put in the microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Enjoy after being removed and let to cool for 15 minutes (it will continue to cook as it cools).

Egg dishes are a wonderful option if you want to focus on protein in your breakfast. Try one of the recipes below to mix things up if you grow tired of the same old breakfast staples like scrambles, omelets, and plain fried eggs. Use muffin pans to make individual frittatas for a portable breakfast alternative. With your spouse or family, enjoy a hearty breakfast casserole or shakshuka on days when you have more time.

    4-Healthy breakfast muffins and scones:

Healthy breakfast muffins and scones

Chocolate chip muffins were a morning staple in our family while I was growing up. Muffins are still one of my favorite ways to start the day, but I now prepare them using whole-grain flour, fruit mix-ins, and natural sweeteners like maple syrup wherever feasible. Muffins and scones, like other healthy breakfast-baked products, freeze nicely. I have a frozen supply on hand at all times!
