Treating diabetes without medication: natural ways

Diabetes mellitus, also known only as diabetes mellitus, is a metabolic condition that raises blood sugar levels.

Insulin is a hormone that moves sugar from your blood into your cells where it can be stored or used as fuel.

When you have diabetes, your body can't use the insulin it makes or doesn't make enough of it.

The signs of diabetes:

General signs:

Signs and symptoms of diabetes include:
  • feeling hungry
  • Weight loss.
  • Feeling of frequent urination.
  • Sores that do not heal.
  • blurry vision

Signs in women:
  • Urinary tract infections.
  • dry and itchy skin;
  • Vaginal dryness.
  • Signs in men:
  • Weak muscle strength.
  • Low sex drive.
  • Erectile dysfunction in men.

Below is a list of my favorite natural diabetes treatments, although I wouldn't recommend starting any new treatment regimens without talking to your doctor first.

1_Apple cider vinegar:

Acetic acid, the main component of ACV, is believed to be the source of many health benefits. There are many evidence-based apple cider vinegar use strategies. Eating two tablespoons before bed can lower blood sugar levels. Even better, taking 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with meals will lower the glycemic index of a carbohydrate-rich meal. I usually advise patients to either take ACV on its own, just before a meal, or add it to tea or salad dressings.

2_Aloe vera extract:

Aloe vera juice is known for its laxative properties. So be sure to get the gel juice! Increasing evidence supports the use of gel, which is the resin inside the leaves. Make sure any product you buy is free of aloin and anthraquinone.

3_Fenugreek:

Medicinal benefits of the seeds often used as a food spice have been used in other countries for centuries to lower cholesterol and hba1c. Don't be alarmed if your urine smells like maple syrup; This is a common and safe side effect.

4_Mango leaves:

Diabetes can be effectively treated and managed at home using mango leaves. You can crush some fine mango leaves and dry them in the sun and then drink them with water every morning and evening.

5_Sun light:

Low vitamin D levels have also been linked to insulin resistance and diabetes, according to several research. When it comes to the body's ability to produce insulin, vitamin D is crucial. You can prevent vitamin D deficiency by getting at least 30 minutes of sunlight in the morning each day. In addition, you can include foods rich in vitamin D in your daily diet. Soy milk, orange juice, yogurt, cheese, and cereal are a few of these.

6_Barley and fiber:

Consuming fiber lowers insulin and blood sugar levels. It is suggested that you eat about 30 grams of fiber per day. A high-fiber, high-protein grain called barley has been linked to lower levels of insulin, blood sugar, cholesterol, and overall inflammation. Barley can usually be cooked on the stove with a little water and salt in less than 15 minutes without soaking.

7_Cinnamon:

A remedy that has medicinal benefits for lowering cholesterol and blood sugar.
